Management and planning of visits to the facility on the basis of requirements and needs (SLA’S)

Installation – parameterization of telecommunication equipment

Supervision of equipment operation (24Χ7 NOC)

Treatment and solution of operation problems (24Χ7) on the basis of requirements and needs
